George Randall Cook, age 71 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at his residence in Harrison. He was the husband of Mary Cook.

The son of Charles Ivan Cook and Alma (Cook) Campbell was born April 16, 1941 in Columbia, South Carolina. He retired from the Retail Clerks Union in San Diego, California after 40 years of service. He was employed by Tyson Food at Bergman Feed Mill from May 1999 to March 2006. He has been a resident of this area for 14 years, relocating from San Marcos, California. He had been a resident of California for 40 years.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, Charles Ivan Cook of Encinitas, California; his mother, Alma Campbell and husband, Jackson Campbell of Encinitas, California; and his uncle and aunt, W.Z. Cook and Frances Cook of Harrison.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Cook of the home; his brother, Charles William Cooke and his wife, Catherine Cooke of Escondido, California; his sister, Barbara Rogers and her husband, H.L. Rogers of Harrison; his cousin, Shirley LeBleu and her husband, Buddy LeBleu of Omaha, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends who will mourn his passing.

There was a memorial service Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison with J.O. Bullington officiating.

Cremation arrangements have been handled by Coffman Funeral Home.
