Randall W. Smith, of Harrison, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2023.  He was 78 years old.

The son of Harold and Betty Smith was born on April 26, 1945 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Randall was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was the Major General of the US Civil Defense in Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Kathy.

Survivors include the love of his life, Rita Tramell; one daughter, Christi Couch; two grandchildren, Lacee Brossman and husband, John and McKhenry Carter and his wife, Kayla; and five great grandchildren, Justus Brossman, Saryn Brossman, Nevaeh Carter, Macson Carter, and Zada Carter.
