Randall Scott Milligan, age 59, of Lead Hill, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at the family farm.

Born on September 3, 1966, in Harrison, Arkansas, Scott was the son of Donald Wayne Milligan and Marilyn Pauline (Taylor) Milligan-Stevens. A lifelong resident of Boone County, and a graduate of Lead Hill High School, he loved his community.

Scott had a profound love for the farm and found great joy in tending to it throughout his life. Known for his big heart and willingness to help those in need, he touched the lives of many. He also took pride in his lawncare business, which brought him satisfaction and connection to others. He loved his dogs, Sissy and Chewy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Don Milligan, his mother, Marilyn Taylor-Stevens; and his grandparents, John Ed and Lucy Milligan and John and Dorothy Taylor all of Lead Hill.

Scott is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Kristy and Mike Thomas of Harrison; his nieces, Mikala (Tanner) Phillips and Katelyn (Landon) Moore; his great niece, Miley Moore; and a host of extended family and close friends.

The family is comforted by their memories and the impact Scott made through his kindness and dedication to others.

A graveside service will be held at 10 AM on Friday, April 10, 2026 at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Lead Hill under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison. Pastor Kristy Thomas will officiate.

There is no visitation.

Pallbearers are David Thompson, James Milligan, Tom Milligan, Billy Seeley, and Mike Thomas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Scott’s name to Lead Hill School, 6966 Milum Rd., Lead Hill, Arkansas 72644.
