Rachel Anne (Raver) Dann, of Howey in the Hills, Florida, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at her home at the age of 36.
The daughter of Kenneth and Kathleen (Wilkerson) Raver was born June 26, 1982 at Harrison, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather Kenneth Raver of Pindall; maternal grandparents David and Florence Wilkerson of Western Grove; sister-in-law Laura Raver and niece Emily; nephew Aero Burleson; brother-in-law Gary Burnett; and Cowboy, her beloved dog.
She is survived by her husband, Royce Dann, of Howey in the Hills, FL; paternal grandmother Robbie Raver of Harrison; parents Ken and Kathy Raver; siblings Sarah Burnett, Jesse Raver, Hannah and husband Jered Burleson, Lydia and husband Shawn Bower, Hadassah and husband Ethan Wahl, and Elisheba and husband Alan Beery; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and a multitude of friends.
While living in Florida, Rachel worked at Walgreens, was a Mary Kay consultant, and enjoyed raising Boxer dogs with her husband, Royce. She loved the beach, making pottery, bargain shopping, all things fashionable, and baking and gardening. She played piano and had a beautiful singing voice.
In Arkansas, she attended Hillcrest Christian School and North Arkansas College. She was baptized by John Hunnicutt of Evangel Bible Church, and as an adult she attended and was married at Unity Missionary Baptist Church pastored by Bro. Doug Burris. Rachel was compassionate and quick to encourage others, and maintained a deep value of family and tradition.
Memorial service will be at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison with Bro. Doug Burris officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00-7:00PM prior to the service.
Private burial will be at Maple Leaf Cemetery.
