Obituary
Phylis J. Morris, age 72 of Harrison, Arkansas formerly of the Omaha area, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
The daughter of Gus and Thresa Pritchard was born January 20, 1940 in Carney, Oklahoma.
She had lived in this area for 29 years, moving from Greenville, Texas. She had attended New Hope Baptist Church in Omaha and was a homemaker. She and her husband, Thomas Larkin Morris have been married 27 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.
Survivors are her husband, Larkin Morris of the home; son, Ricky Westfall, and wife Jodie of Dallas, Texas; children, Paul Morris, Terrill Morris, Donna Morris, and Deanna Morris; several brothers and sisters; two grandchildren, Christen and Kyle; two great-grandchildren; and nieces, Charlotte and Denise.
Visitation was Friday, March 2, 2012 with service Saturday, March 3, 2012, both at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison, with Jerry Spurlock officiating.
Burial followed in Alpena Cemetery with Lewis Morris, Jackie Morris, Aubry Morris, Kyle Westfall, Cale Morris, and Ricky Bruisha serving as pallbearers.
