Phillip Gene Millsap, age 82 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Wednesday February 6, 2019 at home.

The son of Albert and Sallie Jane (Cruse) Millsap was born on August 13, 1936 in Camden, Missouri.

Phillip enjoyed being outdoors, he loved raising chickens and gathering and selling their eggs. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who loved spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Tom Marshall; a daughter, Janet Millsap; a brother, Tom Millsap and a sister, Marvene Nolan.

Phillip is survived by his wife Edna Cleo Millsap of Harrison; 2 sons, Bobby Gene Millsap of Excelsior Springs, Missouri and Russell Millsap of Yellville, Arkansas; 3 daughters, Sherry Thomas of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Shawnia Millsap of Yellville, Arkansas and Becky Tucker of Green Forest, Arkansas; 2 brothers, Albert Millsap of Missouri and Bobby Millsap of Texas; a sister, Mae Smithey of Missouri 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends who will mourn his passing.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Activity Department at CCC of Yellville, 620 North Panther, Yellville, AR 72687.
