Peggy Ann Hathcoat, age 95 of Harrison, AR passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at the Hillcrest Nursing Home in Harrison.

The daughter of John and Tennessee (Clark) Evans was born September 12, 1930, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Peggy was a member and attended Olvey Bible Church for many years. She was a seamstress and enjoyed bowling with her husband.

Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, John and Tennessee Evans; her husband Leslie Hathcoat; her brothers, Paul Evans and Clarence Evans; and her sisters, Mary Bishop and Mildred Alling.

Peggy is survived by her sons, Daryl and wife Susan Hathcoat of Houston, TX, David and wife Jeannine Hathcoat of Edmond, OK, her daughter, Caryl Hill of Harrison, AR; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Stephen of Warner Robins, GA; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison, AR. Burial will follow at Brittain Cemetery in Olvey, AR.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Thursday before the service.

Pallbearers will be family members.
