Obituary

Peggy Sue Eddings, age 46 of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at Hospice House in Harrison.

The daughter of Ernie Dwayne Bartlett and Connie Sue (Smith) was born on February 1, 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a member of Beta Club, President of Horsemen United Horse Show Association, enjoyed working with young women's group at her church, enjoyed raising dogs and horses, and enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband. Most of all, she loved and enjoyed spending time with her husbnd, children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father; stepfather, Ira Kilgore; maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Julia Smith; paternal grandfather, Ernie Bartlett; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Earl and Ola Eddings; and a cousin, Jim Bradshaw.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Eddings of the home; sons Trevor Eddings of Russellville, Arkansas and Austin Eddings of Harrison, Arkansas; a daughter, Monica Wolfe of Harrison, Arkansas; her mother, Connie Kilgore of Jasper, Arkansas; her paternal grandmother, Inez Bartlett of Harrisonville, Missouri; a brother, Stephen Kilgore of Jasper, Arkansas; three sisters, Barbara Teach of Jasper, Arkansas, Sheila Crawford of Holt, Missouri, and Audra Campbell of Hollister, Missouri; three grandchildren, Halley Eddings, Sophia Nicholson and Lexi Wolfe; and many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, uncles, aunts and friends who will mourn her passing.

Service was held Friday, June 6, 2012 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Counselor Dick Wolfe officiating. Burial followed in Sand Hill Cemetery in Yardell. Visitation was Thursday, June 5, 2012 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

Pallbearers included Big Dan Marlman, Larry Nutter, David Powers, Bruce Eddings, Russell Farmer and Reed Petty.

Honorary pallbearers were Ray Eddings, Eric Wilson, Clayton Wilson, Bret Eddings, Hunter Eddings and Chris Madison.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Hills, P.O. Box 1927, Harrison, AR, 72602.
