Peggy Breedlove, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the age of 90.

Born on August 2, 1935, in Parthenon, Arkansas, Peggy was the daughter of Lawrence and Effie (Martin) Casey. She lived a life rooted in love, family, and quiet strength. She was a devoted mother, cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering love touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She was a faithful member of Pine Street Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Effie Casey; her daughter, Kimberly Breedlove; two brothers, William Casey and Eugene Casey; and sister, Patty Cranford.

Peggy is lovingly remembered by her son, Dennis Breedlove; her daughters, Brinda Wilkinson (Danny) and Beverly Eddings; 7 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and another great-great-grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her beloved sisters-in-law, Sharon Casey and Phyllis Casey, dear lifelong friend Glenna Edgmon and many other extended family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Peggy found her greatest joy in her family. She loved tending to her flowers and working in the yard, hiking with her family, never passing up an opportunity to attend a music show, taking road trips with her friends, and being a queen at dominos. Her home was a place of comfort, and her heart always had room for those she loved. Her faith, strength, compassion, and unconditional love will continue to live on through the generations she leaves behind.

Though her family will miss her dearly, they find comfort in knowing that the love she gave so freely will remain in their hearts forever. Her life was a beautiful reminder that the greatest gift we can leave behind is the love we share with others, and that gift will continue to bless her family for years to come.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, with Brother Doug Burris officiating. Burial will follow at Union Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Rob Wilkinson, Ronnie Wheeler, Kyle Wheeler, Jeff Minor, Josh Williams, and Robert Eddings.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler Breedlove, Kolby Minor, and Kyler Minor.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Maple Esplanade and all of her caregivers for the love, kindness, and compassionate care they provided to Peggy. Their support and dedication meant more than words can express.
