Pauline Evelyn Taylor Hendrix, age 78 of Wayton, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017 at her home.

The daughter of Vester T. and Lillie (Daniels) Taylor was born February 24, 1939 in Wayton, Arkansas.

She was a charter member of Wayton Freewill Baptist Church and a member of the Eastern Star.  She was an LPN and enjoyed nursing for many years.  She loved singing with family and friends, and riding horses.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Reshelle Taylor; her sister, Modena Taylor; her brother, Grant Taylor; her uncle, Ivery Taylor and a sister-in-law, Lettie Taylor.

She is survived by her nephews, Tony Taylor and wife Rita of Wayton, Clinton Taylor and wife Tracy of Wayton; her nieces Meshelle Kilgore and husband Eddie of Mt. Sherman, and Claudina Taylor of Harrison; great nieces and nephews, Zack Taylor, Jessica Parker and husband Marty of Kingston, Daniel Kilgore of Mt. Sherman, Sarah Head and husband Jared of Kingston, Jeremy Taylor and wife Lindsay of Wayton, Cassandra Taylor of Wayton, Donnetta Wheeler and husband Bryan of Harrison, and Eric Sain of Harrison; a sister-in-law, Kathy Taylor of Jasper, numerous great-great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, AR.  Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Wayton Freewill Baptist Church in Wayton, AR officiated by Pastor Tony Taylor.  Burial will follow in Wayton Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Taylor, Zack Taylor, Daniel Kilgore, Eric Sain, Marty Parker, and Jarred Head.  Honorary pallbearers are Erbie Daniels, Sterling Henderson and great-great nephews and great-great nieces.
