Patsy Claire Seay, age 82, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Hospice of the Hills Hospice House. 

The daughter of Harry and Norrine (Gusky) Howells was born in Shamokin, Michigan on November 14, 1943. 

Patsy worked for many years as a seamstress. After moving to Arkansas, she worked at Parker Enterprises until retiring. She used her talents as a seamstress for many years. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas William Seay in 2011; her parents; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Darlis and William Stroh and Sharon and Ronald Laudig; and two nephews, Joe Deaton and Don Deaton. 

Patsy is survived by her nieces, Sandra Davis (Charlie), Carol Deaton, and Bonnie Deaton; her great nieces, great nephews, her former co-workers and best friends at Parker Enterprises, and a host of extended family that loved her and will miss her. 

At Patsy's request, no services will be held.
