Obituary
Patsy Pearl Housley, age 87 of Harrison, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Harrison.
The daughter of Everett and Grace McDougal Herron was born April 20, 1923 in Pindall, Arkansas.
She enjoyed her children, grandchildren and gardening.
She was a great mother and was always happy.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Willard Housley; her son, John Housley; her grandson, Charles Carlton; three brothers, Earnest, Meb and Will Herron; and two sisters, Marie Drewry and Lennie Keele.
Patsy is survived by her sons, Jim Housley of Harrison, Joe and Jodia Housley of Sentinel, Oklahoma; and Danny Housley of Harrison; her daughters, Bennie and John Carlton of Harrison, Brenda and Les Franks of Harrison; her step-daughter, Billie Terherst of Siloam Springs, and her daughter-in-law, Joyce Housley; her brothers, Jack Herron of Wichita, Kansas, Troy Herron of Hot Springs and Joe Herron of Denton, Texas; her sister, Florence Strickland of Harrison; thirteen grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren.
Graveside service was Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Bellefonte Cemetery with Johnny Walters officiating under direction of Coffman Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice House, 501 E. Sherman Harrison, AR 72601
