Obituary

Patsy left her earthly home for her heavenly home on Friday, May 6, 2011, while a resident of Apple Ridge Health & Rehab Center, Harrison, AR.

Patsy, age 69, was born on November 14, 1941, to Jim Lee and Juanita Treasa Grigsby, at home in Malvern, Arkansas.

Patsy survived infant spinal meningitis at the age of 9 months, being left with physical and mental challenges that she faced and overcame during her life. She enjoyed the love and support of her family allowing her to achieve many accomplishments.

Patsy enjoyed a 20 year relationship with Boone County Special Services, Adult Workshop until an injury limited her ability to participate.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Lee and Juanita Treasa Grigsby; her husband, Patrick Eugene Jergens; sisters, Bonnie Jean Jones and Nadine Berry; nieces, Linda and Teresa; and her nephew, Richard.

She is survived by brothers, Jerald Myers and sister-in-law, Aura of Malvern, AR., J.D. Grigsby of Harrison, Wayne Grigsby and sister-in-law, Sandra of Williamsburg, VA; sister, Debra Keef and brother-in-law, James of Harrison; many nieces , nephews, cousins and many friends.

Visitation was Monday May 9, 2011 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

Graveside service was Tuesday May 10, 2011 at Maplewood Cemetery with Leon Sikes officiating.

Honorary pallbearers were the staff of Apple Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center and members of Adult Workshop of Boone County Special Services.
