Pamela Joanne Havenstrite, 50 of Conway, Arkansas, formerly of Harrison, passed away Saturday, April 15 (2024) at Conway Regional Medical Center.

Pamela was born at Kapiolani Hospital on October 5, 1973 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Robert and Patricia Havenstrite.

She was a great blessing to us as our first bouncing baby girl. She went with us on a missionary trip to the Philippines when she was very young. She then went with us when our church moved to Fort Payne, Alabama. We were there about 9 months and then went back to Hawaii and Philippines for about 7 years. It was during this time that she was diagnosed with autism. We then moved and made Harrison, Arkansas home in 1984.

She attended Boone County Special Services where she received some wonderful love and care from some very special people. After about four or five years, we realized we could not care for her at home. We applied for care at Conway Human Development Center in Conway, Arkansas. They accepted her and that is where she has lived full time until her passing.

Patricia and I both thanked God every day for providing her home at CHDC and all the wonderful people that were always willing to help her.

We thank God today for taking her into HIS arms where she is receiving the fullness of HIS love and peace forever and ever.

She was preceded in death by her infant brother, Jason Robert; grandparents, John and Hazel Noblett and Darlene and B.W. Havenstrite; and a cousin, Jake Noblett.

Pamela is survived by her sister, Jennifer Duncan; her father and mother, Robert and Patricia Havenstrite; and a cousin, Jesse Noblett.

Funeral service will be at 10 AM, Wednesday, April 17 (2024) at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jethy Henson officiating. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 PM to 7 PM at the funeral home.
