Ovland (Overland) "Snow" Houston age 80 of Marble Falls, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at his home.
He was born January 25, 1932 at Jasper, Arkansas the son of Harley and Jessie May (Collins) Houston.
He had lived most of his life in Newton County and had worked as a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; three brothers, Dallas Houston, Paul Houston and Bill Houston and one sister, Gladys Hope.
Survivors are two sons, Rickey Houston of Kingston, AR and Dale Houston of Green Forest, AR; two daughters, Linda Middleton of Jasper, AR and Lisa Flud of Hasty, AR; three sisters, Betty Barksdale of Wayton, AR, Imogene Keeton and Reba Faulkenburg both of Marble Falls, AR; eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were Monday, August 6, 2012 at the Shaddox Cemetery at Pruitt with burial following.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
Arrangements by Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper.
