Obituary

Ona "Louise" Taylor, of Harison, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.  She was 79 years old.

The daughter of Andy and Retha (Martin) Holliman was born on April 8, 1946 in Gaither, Arkansas.

Louise had a lifelong appreciation for the arts and crafts, with a particular passion for genealogy. She deeply valued time spent with her family and took great pride in her roles as a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. Louise will be fondly remembered for her compassionate nature, gentle spirit, and the kindness she extended to all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Edward Nordrum Davis; two grandsons, Zachary Peebles and Daniel Jacob Peebles; three brothers, Arlis, Denver, and Steve; and four sisters, Ilene, Maudine, Bertie, and Glenda.

Survivors include three children, Carol Peebles and husband, Stephen, Robert Taylor, and Genia Bender and husband, Dave; one brother and his wife, Pierce and Jenni Holliman; eight grandchildren, Gregory (Kristina) Peebles, Courtney (Junior) Taylor, Gabe and Felicia Barnes, April Bender, Brent (Alyssa) Bender, Ryan and Erin; sixteen great grandchildren, Stormy, Xander, Laura, Keagen, Lyric, Lucas, Deandre, Nicholas, Ivan, Jayden, Joshua, Rohaun, Keyannie, Terrin, Sammy, and Reina; one great great grandson, Grayson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Graveside service will be Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Western Grove Cemetery.  Bob Worden will officiate.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.
