Obituary
Omar Kindall, Jr. passed away January 17, 2017 at Hillcrest Home. He was born June 15, 1930 in the Iron Stob community where he lived most of his life. He worked hard, took care of his family, and lived as faithfully to the Lord as he could. He loved animals, and they loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Omer and Walsie Kindall, and two sisters, Helen Moore of Portland, Oregon and Dorothy Lawson of Natchez, Washington.
He is survived by his wife Helen Kindall, son Rex Kindall and his wife Jana, all of Harrison; two grandsons, Jason Kindall of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Kerry Kindall and his wife Betsy of Harrison. He thoroughly enjoyed his 5 great-grandchildren, Dylan, Grace, Allie, Luci, and Blair. A sister, Vivian Slagle, resides in Houston, Texas. He leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends.
He will be buried privately by his family. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Hillcrest Home Memorial Fund, and the loving people who cared for him.
