Olie (Daniel) Rose Williams, age 89 passed away Friday, Sept. 10, 2010 at Truman Lake Manor in Lowry City, Missouri. She was born at Jasper, AR, the daughter of William Henry and Ida Geneva (Clay) Daniel. She was a member of the Blue Ridge Assembly of God Church and was a LPN, where she worked for Rest Haven Nursing Home in Independence, MO. After that she was a foster grandparent for the Mt. Vernon Hospital in Mt. Vernon, MO. She made quilts, and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her 1st husband, Willie Rose; a daughter, Larue Huff; a brother, Henry Daniel; her 2nd husband of 30 years, Jim Williams; a step-son, Larry Williams; grandson, Ronnie Johnston; and a great grandson, Darrell Hood.
Survivors include her two step-daughters, Sandy Rupert and husband Robert of Lowry City, MO and Janie Johnston and husband Ronnie of K. C. MO; a brother Troy Daniel of Pindall; 13 grandchildren, Ann Gadd, Teresa Borgman, Eddie and Daniel Griffith, Donald and Donna Huff, Jimmy and Ronnie Smith, Larry and Carol Ann Williams, Angie and Stephanie Pennington; 19 great grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and her friends at church and Truman Lake Manor.
Visitation were Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010 at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison. Service was Wed. Sept. 15, 2010 at First Pentecostal Church in Pindall. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery at Flippin, AR. Chris Wyatt and Paul Holder officiated.
Pallbearers are Daniel Griffith, Eddie Griffith, Ron Smith, Wayne Daniels, Robert Cash and Richard Cash.
Honorary pallbearer are Jimmy Smith and Douglas Borgman.
