Norman "Dick" Chaney age 89 of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021, in Springdale, Arkansas.

Dick was born in Ridgeway, Arkansas on September 25, 1932, to Granville and Nova (Blevins) Chaney.

He was proceeded in death by his parents; two brothers, Milford "Buster" Chaney, Onas "Jim" Chaney, and a sister Ruth (Chaney) Gilbert.

Dick is survived by two sons, Richard Chaney and wife Sharon of Harrison, AR and Rocky Chaney and wife Karen of Harrison, AR; two grandsons Brandon Chaney of Harrison and Eric Chaney and wife Samantha of Portland, Oregon; and one granddaughter, Ashley Chaney of Harrison Arkansas; three great grandchildren Casandra, Ashton, and Elijah; special friend Marilyn Wingrove; and many other family members and friends.

He worked for many years as a route salesman for Hiland Dairy.  He was a veteran of the US Army and past president of the local Moose Lodge.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 27, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Gass Cemetery.  There will be no visitation.
