Norma M. Wilson Lovelace Phillips, age 91 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Hillcrest Home.
The daughter of Jerry and Artie (Self) Wilson was born September 22, 1924 in Elida, New Mexico.
Norma moved from New Mexico to Harrison in 1951 and was a member of Grace City Church. She worked at Levi Strauss for 22 years. She enjoyed flowers, especially her Chrysanthemums, crocheting and needlepoint.
Her family remembers her as a selfless person, wonderful caregiver, and always loving and kind with a servant's heart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Woodrow and Burris Wilson; her first husband, Duward B. Lovelace and her second husband, Louis E. Phillips.
Norma is survived by her son, Rex Lovelace and wife Thelma, her daughter, Barbara Troutt and husband Larry all of Harrison; her brother, Ivan Eugene "Skipper" Wilson of Portales, NM; two sisters, Nelma Stephens of Portales, NM and Nona Robbins of Carlsbad, NM; five grandchildren, Kurt Lovelace and wife Shannan; Eric Lovelace and wife Mindy; Melissa Pascoe, Melinda Troutt and Sandra Troutt; six great grandchildren, Landon, Shae and Kelsie Lovelace, Krysta Nommenson, Lauren Pascoe and William Pascoe; one great great granddaughter, Jessa Claire Pascoe; and many other relatives and friends who loved her and will miss her dearly.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Grace City Church in Harrison with Tim Phillips and Vic Porter officiating.
Private burial services will be held immediately after services at Hopewell Cemetery.
