Obituary
Muriel Threm, age 86, of Harrison passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at Woodland Manor in Springfield, Missouri. A memorial service will be held in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel at Harrison on Monday, June 3, at 11:00 am.
She was born in La Grange, Illinois, to Paul and Louise Vial on June 3, 1926. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 55 years, Don Threm,Sr.; and a granddaughter, Cassie Godar. Muriel enjoyed reading, writing, watching golf and figure skating, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by a brother, Keith Vial (Eleanor) of Louisville, Kentucky; five children, Greg Godar (Sherry) of West Yellowstone, Montana; Paula Ward (Charles) of Springfield, Missouri; Don Threm, Jr. (Twilla) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; Toby Threm (Janie) of Duluth, Minnesota; and Colleen Evert of Aurora, Colorado; eleven grandchildren, Amanda Godar Clardy, Dustin Godar, Chet Ward, Aaron Ward, Allison Ward Greggs, Veronica Ward Putnam, Holly Threm Goslin, Kara Threm Britt, Megan Threm, Casey Evert and Hayley Evert; and eight great grandchildren.
