Misty Lynette Stuart, age 44 of Jasper, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2020 at her home in Jasper.

The daughter of Anna (Stuart) Horton was born September 5, 1975 in Harrison, AR.

Misty is preceded in death by her grandparents, Arvel and Joyce Stuart; grandmother, Lily Burdine; father-in-law, Butch Phillips; and her cousins Jerry Stuart and Kim Stuart.

Misty was of Baptist faith. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, and floating on the river. She also enjoyed flower gardening and being outdoors.

Misty is survived by her mother, Anna Horton and her husband Dennis of Harrison; her father, Joe Carter of Jasper; her husband, Alan Phillips of Jasper; and her sons, Jacob Beauchamp and Hunter Phillips both of Jasper.

She is also survived by her brother Joseph Carter of Jasper; step brother, Kevin Horton of Harrison; her other mother, Sandra Phillips of Jasper; her sister, Renee Hunter of Springdale; her biological father, George Burdine and his wife Veronica; her half-brothers, Shawn and Dustin Burdine all of Parthenon; her close friends, Stormy Gilbert and Lisa Brenda Taylor; her niece Destiny Phillips;her great nephew Kingston Phillips and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are by Coffman Funeral Home.
