Obituary

Mildred Beatrice Heffley, age 84 of Pelsor, Arkansas passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville.

She was born on July 17, 1930 at Dry Creek, Arkansas the daughter of Morland and Mary (Smith) Dotson. She was a homemaker and a loving mother who was always willing to help anyone in need. She was a lifetime resident of Newton County and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at Deer.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Russell Heffley; one daughter Kathy Fraizer; a brother Carl Dotson; an infant brother and one sister Helen Light.

Survivors are two sons Charley Heffley of Russellville and James Heffley of Pelsor; four daughters Judy Turner of Port Charlotte, Florida, Sandra S. Carter of Russellville, Patty Acher of Pelsor and Dana Eddings of Deer; three brothers Guy Dotson of Independence, MO, Harvey Dotson of Kansas City, MO and Arlos Dotson of Dover; three sisters Lorettia Jeffries of Pelsor, Faye Nichols of Dover and Linda Nunn of Independence, MO; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Services were 11 A.M. Friday, January 30, 2015 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper with Joe Sain officiating. Burial followed in the Tarlton Cemetery at Lurton. Visitation was 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday, January 29, 2015 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers were Kenny Eddings, Scott Acher, Luke Heffley, Travis Heffley, Clayton Heffley, Ryejail Heffley, Garrett Acher, Joe Smith, Josh Smith and Korban Campbell.
