Mildred Alice Bates, age 77 of Yardelle, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Cox Medical Center in Branson.

The daughter of Harold and Hazel (Marion) Bates was born in St. Paul, Wisconsin on July 16, 1944.  She was a resident of Yardelle for the past 3 years, moving from Everton, where she lived for 30 years.  She attended the 7 ^th Day Adventist Church and was a member of the Moose Lodge.

Mildred loved to dance with people.  She also loved fishing with her brother.  She enjoyed sewing and cross-stitching.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Hazel Bates and three brothers, Bill Bates, Ronnie Bates and George Bates.

Mildred is survived by her children, Lora (Larry) Britt of Yardelle, Mary Bryant of Everton, David Nelson of Berryville, Murry Bryant of Harrison and Danny (Jen) Jensen of Missouri; her brother, Tom Bates of Osage; 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces, nephews and friends.
