Michael Wayne "Mike" Earl, of Harrison, Arkansas went to be with the Lord after a courageous health battle on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 56.

The son of Carl Otis and Georgia Mildred (Odum) Earl was born July 22, 1961 in Dallas, Texas and moved to Green Forest as a child. He attended Green Forest School and graduated in 1979.

He spent most of his life in Green Forest and Harrison and was currently working at Pace Industries. Mike was a lifetime member of Boone County Masonic Lodge #314. He enjoyed fishing, guns, antiquing and playing cards. He loved to spend time with his kids and grandkids.

Mike was strong and caring with a great sense of humor and he loved to make people laugh. He loved his family and he was loved by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Earl and a sister, Carol Kelley.

Mike is survived by his mother, Georgia Mildred Earl; two sons, Bryan Earl and Josh Earl and wife Becky; his daughter, Amber Gilliam and husband Blake all of Harrison; his brother, Stephen Earl and wife Marcia of IL; his sister, Gloria Taylor and husband Leo of Harrison; three grandchildren, Alexis and Bentley Gilliam and Finnlee Earl and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends who loved him and will miss him.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, January 29, 2018 at Pentecostal Tabernacle, 909 E. Washington Street, with Pastor David Shekels officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2-4 PM Sunday at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

Pallbearers are Josh Earl, Bryan Earl, Blake Gilliam, Stacey Kelley, Robert Lee and Gary Hutchison. Honorary Pallbearer is Steve Earl.
