Michael K. "Mike" Rohr, age 58 of Harrison, AR transitioned from this world to eternal life, where there was a holy "Rohr" in heaven.

Mike was born and raised in Switzerland on June 22, 1949 a son of Gottlieb and Erika (Dasen) Rohr. After becoming a Christian he attended Bible school in Michigan where he met and married his wife, Susan (Pelzman) Rohr. Following years of living in Europe and being missionaries in Africa, they immigrated to Arkansas to home school their children.

Mike was blessed to have worked at Fed Ex Freight for the past eleven years. He came to love and appreciate his adopted country, where he made many new friends who admired his godly character, his strong faith, and his dedicated walk with Jesus.

Mike leaves behind his wife, Susan; his daughters, Jenica and her husband, Bill Christenson, (along with their first expected child and his first expected grandchild), and Lisa Rohr; and his son, Christopher Rohr and his wife, Heidi.

Memorial service 10 A.M. Saturday, October 6, 2007 at Fellowship Bible Church in Harrison.

Cremation and arrangements are being handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
