Michael Scott Evans passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022 at his home. He was 55 years old.

Michael was born on August 11, 1966, in Leon, Iowa to Rodney and Carol (Fear) Evans. He was the grandson of Garel and Frances Evans and Merle and Marjorie Reasoner and Dean Fear.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and a brother, Dwayne Smith.

He is survived by his son, Tyler (Erika) Evans; his stepmother, Anne Evans; brothers, Rick (Wanda) Evans, Tony (Pam) Evans; sisters, Shelly (Andy) Due, and Cathy (Chad) Beaver, all of Harrison and a sister, Meredith (Kyle) Brunen, of Newnan, Georgia; Additionally, he is survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Mike worked for the Learning Centers of North Arkansas. He enjoyed going to auctions, outdoor activities, woodworking, watching football, and spending time with family. He looked forward to seeing his dog, Sadie, every afternoon after work.

Pallbearers are Eugene Powers, Robert Hunsaker, Brian Unruh, Darren Goulet, Andy Due, and Chad Beaver.

Honorary pallbearers are friends and co-workers at The Learning Centers, Karla Gray, and Brad Maberry.

Visitation will be at 9 AM at Woodland Baptist on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. A celebration of life will immediately follow at 10 AM. Burial will be at White Church Cemetery.
