Obituary
Mary F. Shellnut, age 78 of Parthenon, AR passed away Monday, June 4, 2007 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, AR.
She was born August 17, 1928 in Hardburly, Kentucky a daughter of Adam and Elizabeth (Jones) Terry.
She was preceded in death by her six brothers and sisters, and her former husband, Jodie L. Shellnut.
Survivors are her children, Yvonne Cone and her husband, Wayne of Harrison, Teresa Johnson and her husband, Bill of Johnson City, TN, and John Lindsey and his wife, Virginia of Jasper, AR; two brothers, I. B. Terry of Pearisburg, VA and Thorton Terry of Cannal City, KY; seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
Memorial service was Thursday, June 7, 2007 at Union Baptist Church on Hwy 206, between Bellefonte and Hwy 7 South. Pastor Ray Edwards and Anthony Bright officiated.
Memorials may be made to the Gideons International at P.O. Box 997, Harrison, AR 72601 or to Union Baptist Church building fund, 6509 Whispering Pines Road, Harrison, AR 72601.
