Mary Martha Friend Mallett, age 45 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 in Harrison.



The daughter of Ed Friend and Bobbie Jo (Seaton) Hohenrath was born on July 13, 1970 in Harrison, Arkansas.



Mary loved spending time with her family, reading and playing with her dog, Hooch. Mary especially enjoyed going to the lake or river to swim. She was a great listener and her nephews and nieces loved talking to their Aunt Mary. Mary had a loving heart and saw the best in everyone.



Mary was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, Elbert Hohenrath.



Mary is survived by 2 sons, Christopher Wayne Mallett and Nathan Wade Mallett both of Harrison; 3 sisters, Becky & Johnny Henson of Harrison; Kaylean O'Brien of Harrison; Joanna & Kevin Keef of Springdale; and 3 grandchildren, Kalysta Laine Mallett; Ivan Wayne Cushman; and Davian Wade Allen. Five nephews, John O'Brien, V; Robert O'Brien; Steven O'Brien; Brenden O'Brien; and Kendall Norman; and 2 nieces, Emily (O'Brien) McGarrah and Collean Henson and many other family members and friends who will mourn her passing.

Services will be held Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery in Omaha, Arkansas. Pallbearers will include friends and family.
