Mary "Kathy"
Goodall
Jun 20, 1951 — Jul 16, 2026
Harrison
Mary Katherine "Kathy" Goodall, age 75, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away with her family by her side on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
The daughter of Hasson and Vivian (Coker) Ramsey was born in Harrison on June 20, 1951. Kathy graduated from Harrison High School and has lived in Boone County most of her life.
Kathy loved to crochet, read, and “pop bubbles” on her i-Pad. She enjoyed shopping with her family and annual casino trips to Tunica with her husband, Jack. Kathy loved giving and especially loved Christmas. She would take on jobs to spoil her family every holiday season. Her favorite meal was biscuits and gravy, and no matter where she was, she was hoping to find it on the menu. She had a big heart for animals, owning many cats over the years, with Murdock being her favorite kitty. She also had a passion for feeding stray cats.
Kathy loved the Lord and reading her bible until her health battles affected her vision. She was a fighter, having fought cancer for 8 years. Despite how she felt, on most days, you would never know she was sick. She always tried to be upbeat, positive and be in good spirits. Kathy was funny, caring, and nurturing. She was a loving, generous, and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Kathy treasured time with her family and loved ones. She’s one “lil momma” that will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years and the love of her life, Jack L. Goodall in 2002; her parents; a brother, Larry Ramsey; and brother-in-law, Carl Eastep.
Kathy is survived by her children, Jack D. (Tinnie) Goodall and Hope (Troy) Carter; two grandchildren, Tyler Goodall and Jaclyn (Logan) Bauer; a great grandson, Kayde Bauer; brother, Roger (Ramona) Ramsey; sister, Linda Eastep; sister-in-law, Cathy Ramsey; a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be Monday, July 20 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
Graveside service will be at 10 AM, Tuesday, July 21 (2026) at Hilltop Cemetery under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home. David Eastep will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Ozark Humane Society, PO Box 542, Harrison, AR, 72601.
