Mary Ellen Higdon, age 67 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Monday, July 4, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The daughter of Statuel and Nannie (Anderson) Harris was born on May 8, 1949 in Dallas, Texas.
Mary was a member of First Assembly of God in Harrison. She loved to cook and enjoyed reading.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mary is survived by her husband, Marc Higdon of the home; her brother and sisters, Frances, Anna, Dorothy, Donna, Joe and Martha; numerous nieces and nephews and many others who will mourn her passing.
Services will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dennis Selvidge officiating. Visitation will be held preceding the service from 9:00 to 11:00 am. Burial will follow the service at Maple Leaf Cemetery in Harrison. Pallbearers will include family and friends.
