Mary Frances (Alspach) Campbell, age 75 of Vendor, Arkansas passed away Monday, February 8, 2016 in Harrison, Arkansas.
The daughter of Andrew Augustus and Velva Mae (Crow) Alspach was born on August 10, 1940 at Bellefonte, Arkansas.
She was a mother, homemaker and enjoyed sewing, embroidery, reading and taking care of her grandkids. She was of the Pentecostal faith and a life time resident of Newton County.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Johnny Campbell in 2002; her parents, Andrew and Velva Alspach; two sisters, Violet Ricketts and Joann Royce and an infant brother, William Jessie Alspach.
Survivors are her four children, Joe Wayne and wife Janet Campbell of Vendor, Shannon Dewayne and wife Felisha Campbell of Bass, Pam and husband Roger De La Hunt of Vendor and Frances Fern and husband Kenneth Smith of Deer; two sisters, Betty Lou Campbell of Jasper and Jane and husband Curtis Clark of Compton; twelve grandchildren, James Richardson, Larry Richardson, Donald Richardson, Sonya Vanderpool, Kenny Smith, Johnny Smith, Josh Smith, Dustin Smith, Andrew Campbell, Zach Campbell, Jacob Campbell and Victoria Campbell; eighteen great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other family and friends that are going to miss her dearly.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper with Bro. Allen Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery at Vendor under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper.
Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be James Richardson, Larry Richardson, Donald Richardson, Kenny Smith, Josh Smith, Dustin Smith and Johnny Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Sonya Vanderpool, Victoria Campbell, Jacob Campbell, Andrew Campbell, Zach Campbell, J.C. Richardson, Jimmie Joe Malnory, and the staff of the Newton County Nursing Home.
