Mary Ellen Beauchamp, of Harrison, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025 at The Springs of Mt. Vista.  She was 88 years old.

The daughter of Roy and Lillie (Howington) Standridge was born on March 16, 1937 in Jefferson, Georgia.

Ellen was a woman of deep and abiding faith, whose life was a reflection of her steadfast devotion to her Christian beliefs. She was a committed and faithful member of the Fire Baptized Holiness Pentecostal Church, where she served with humility and grace. Above all, she was a devoted wife and a loving mother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, O.W. Beauchamp; son, Wayne Beauchamp; daughter, Vicky Dale Beauchamp, her parents; sisters, Ruth "Sissy" Venable, Jennett Brown, Zuline Cowart and Ramona Cowart; and two brothers, Johnny and Fred Standridge.

Survivors include four children, Ronald Beauchamp, Sharon Wood and husband, Phillip, Johnny Beauchamp, and Lisa Hooper; 15 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

Funeral service is Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.  Her nephew, Glen Vollrath will officiate. Burial will be at Maple Leaf Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Ronald, Johnny, Dusty, Jacob, and Dayton Beauchamp and Brittany Baty. There will be no visitation.
