Obituary
Mary Ann McKay, age 53 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, Arkansas.
The daughter of George and Mary (Miller) McKay was born May 17, 1960 in Pasadena, California.
She was a member of the First Christian Church in Harrison. She was a member of the American Kennel Club and North Arkansas Kennel Club.
Mary owned and operated Mary's Pet Sitting, taking care of many cats and dogs, and also took many dogs to schools and churches.
She is survived by her parents, George and Mary McKay of Harrison; brother, Jim McKay and wife, Janie of Baltimore, Ohio; nieces, Lauren and Heather McKay; aunt, Ruth Turner of Riverside, California; and uncle, Ralph McKay and wife, Jessie of Little Rock, Arkansas.
There was no visitation.
Service was Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison with Dr. David Artman officiating.
Cremation followed.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Christian Church or to Ozark Humane Society.
