Mark Allen Sturgeon, of St. Joe, passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mtn. Home, Arkansas.

The son of Robert and Nancy (Kline) Sturgeon was born on November 24, 1959 in Huntingburg, Indiana.

Mark worked as an auto mechanic for many years and excelled at his career. He will be missed by his many friends and family members.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy; one son, Jay Sturgeon; and an infant sister.

Survivors include his father, Robert Sturgeon, of Indiana; three sons, Allen Sturgeon and wife, Venetta, of St. Joe, Arkansas, Samuel Sturgeon, of Clarksville, Arkansas, and Nathan Sturgeon, of Indiana; two daughters, Marie Richardson, of Orlando, Florida and Izabella Sturgeon, of St. Joe, Arkansas; his fiancée, Sonya Thompson, of Mtn. Home, Arkansas; two brothers and their wives, Mickey and Rebecca Sturgeon, of Indiana and Jeff and Debbie Sturgeon, of Kentucky; two sisters and their husbands, Tammy and Jason Castillo and Peggy and Matt Merriman, all of Indiana; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison from 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM.

In line with Mark's wishes, a cremation will follow the visitation.
