Marilyn Kathleen "Kathy" Collins, age 67 of Jasper, Arkansas passed away Friday, March 25, 2016 at her home.
The daughter of John Alvin and Ruth Mae Smith was born on December 30, 1948 at Vendor, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, L.D. Collins; one brother, Stanley Ray Smith and two sisters, Carma Lee Smith and Lillian Owens.
Survivors are her sons, Terry and Nancy Collins, Jerry and Carol Collins and Brian Scott Collins all of Jasper, Arkansas; a daughter, Julie Cope of Hasty, Arkansas; two grandsons she raised that called her Mom, Donovan and Devan Cope and two granddaughters, Heather and Ruby Collins; three brothers, Robert Smith of Dover, Arkansas, Venus Smith of Parthenon, Arkansas and Harold Smith of Vendor, Arkansas; two sisters, Patsy Adams of Marble Falls, Arkansas and Lavern Santos of Rogers, Arkansas.
Graveside services will be 2 P.M. Monday, March 28, 2016 at the Smith Cemetery at Vendor with Kerry Liggett and Harold Smith officiating.
Pallbearers will be nieces and nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be Legacy Hospice nurses.
