Amanda Nicole "Mandy" McCormack Skains, age 42, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Monday, May 29, 2023 at Willard Walker Hospice House.

The daughter of Jeff McCormack and Karen (McGraw) McCormack Carrow was born September 2, 1980 in Lancaster, California. She was a 1998 graduate of Harrison High School and a graduate of North Arkansas College.

Mandy was a hard worker.  She loved photography and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She loved her son, and also her cat, "Kitty". She was a kind, loving and forgiving person, who will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff McCormack and Karen Carrow; her grandparents, and most recently, by her special uncle, Andy McGraw in 2022; and several other aunts and uncles.

Mandy is survived by her son, Oliver Skains, of Oregon; her uncle, Alex McGraw (Sheena) of Harrison; her boyfriend, Sean LaFoy of St. Louis; and a host of beloved cousins, extended family, and many dear friends that she considered her family.

Celebration of life will be held in the Atrium of First Baptist Church in Harrison on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM.  Private family burial will follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery.
