Mack Cheatham, 89, of San Leandro, California, died at home, Saturday, July 2, (2022). A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., July 23, at the Vendor Assembly of God Church.

Burial will be at Smith Cemetery in Vendor.

He was born April 19, 1933, in Newton County, to Frank Cheatham and Mamie Owens.

Mack is survived by his three daughters Julie Cheatham-Soto, Bryan Soto (husband) and their three sons Brandon, Christopher, and Thomas; June Vera, Daniel Vera (husband) and their three sons Mack, Colton, and Wyatt; Janette Cheatham as well as his two sisters, Avanell Bowden, Flonia Smith, and Patricia Owens.
