Lynn Edward Strait, of Omaha, AR and formerly of the Jonesboro area, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025 at his home.  He was 79 years old.

The son of James Woodard and Alberta (White) Strait was born on June 19, 1945 in Louisville, Mississippi.

Lynn was a faithful member of the Shepherd's Heart Church.  He had a fondness for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, David Strait.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Strait; one son and his wife, Michael and Christy Strait; two grandchildren, Joshua and Michaela Strait; two brothers, James and Donald Strait; Barry and Barbara Vincent, Allison Webb and family, Gabriel Hosier and family, and his lifelong friends, The Byford family; and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial service will be Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the Shepherd's Heart Church, in Jonesboro, at 12:00 Noon.
