Frankie Lucille Clark, age 85 of Low Gap, AR passed away Saturday. April 28, 2007 at Newton County Nursing Home in Jasper.
The daughter of Dennis and Cynthia Villines, was born January 8, 1922 at Ponca, AR.
She married Daymon Clark on April 13, 1940, at Boxley, AR, by L.G. Young, Justice of the Peace. She was a homemaker, a loving, caring mother and grandmother, and was a member of Low Gap Full Gospel Church. She had lived most of her life in Newton County, except for about 29 years when she lived in Kansas City, Mo.
Her parents preceded her in death, along with her husband, Daymon, on July 4, 1986; an infant daughter, Freda Marie Clark; brothers, Cecil Villines, Jack Villines, and Bob Villines; and an infant sister.
Survivors are her children, all of Low Gap, Reba Cox, Sue Clark, and Danny Clark; grandchildren, Jeff and Mike Cox, Melissa Henderson, Anthony Rodriquez, Tracy Creed, Matthew and Mark Rodriquez, Danny Ray Clark, Dena Smith, and Amy Baker; twenty-two great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
Visitation was Tuesday, May 1, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, AR. Service was Wednesday, May 2, at Low Gap Full Gospel Church with Donnie Villines and Kenny Clark officiating. Burial followed in Low Gap Cemetery. Pallbearers were her grandsons, Jeff Cox, Mike Cox, Danny Ray clark, Anthony Rodriquez, Matthew Rodriquez, and Mark Rodriquez. Honorary pallbearers were the staff of Newton County Nursing Home.
