Louetta Ruby Pettis, of Harrison, Arkansas, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August, 13, 2020 at the age of 80.

The daughter of Loyd and Ruby (Scott) Qualls was born at Snowball, Arkansas on June 16, 1940.

Louetta loved the Lord and her family. She enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. Louetta also loved her dogs Skipper and Buddy, and being on the go. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Vernon R. Flippo; and infant daughter; a brother, Buford Qualls; and a sister, Wanda Finney.

Louetta is survived by her husband Kieth Pettis; two sons, Johnny (Dianne) Flippo, and Jimmy Flippo; daughter Sabrina (Danny) Sparks; four brothers, Eugene Qualls, Ricky Qualls, Donald Qualls and Ronald Qualls; a sister, Coetta Crow; her grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends who will miss her.

Memorial service will be 2PM, Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Oak Lane Freewill Baptist Church with David Powell officiating.

In compliance with the state of Arkansas Mandates for face masks and large indoor gatherings, all persons over age 10 are asked to furnish and wear a mask.

Cremation arrangements are with Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.
