Obituary
Loretta Joyce Collins, age 86 of Deer, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 14, 2108 in Harrison, Arkansas.
The daughter of Julian and Sarah (Faught) Cowell was born on January 29, 1931 in Deer, Arkansas.
Loretta was a founding member of Deer Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting and loved being around her family, which meant everything to her.
She was preceded by her parents, her husband, Raymond Collins and several siblings.
She is survived by her son, John Collins and wife Kim of Keller, Texas; a sister, Marietta Ervin of El Paso, Texas; 2 grandchildren, Natalie Shoemaker and Clint Rickman; 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other family and friends who will mourn her passing.
Services will be Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Deer Baptist Church with burial following at Deer Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 at the Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.
