Lonnie Roy Phillips, of Harrison, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Somerset Senior Living at Mt. Vista. He was 91 years old.

The son of Pierce and Alsey (Pyle) Phillips was born on April 2, 1930 in Harrison, Arkansas.

Lonnie worked most of his life as a farmer but also owned and operated a feed and grocery store for several years. He also hauled milk for several years from the farmers in the area to the milk plant in Yellville. He married Anna Beth Wilkerson in July 1951 and enjoyed nearly 47 years of marriage before her death in January 1998.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Beth Phillips; his parents; and one sister, Frankie Jean Jarrett.

Survivors include one son and his wife, Freddie and Charnell Phillips, of Eros, Arkansas; one daughter and her husband, Deborah and Johnny Rachel, of Phoenix, Arizona; three grandchildren, Stacey Rachel, of Palmdale, California, Douglas Rachel, of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Cole Phillips and wife, Shelly, of Eros, Arkansas; two great grandchildren, Gus and Zane Phillips; one brother and his wife, Doyle and Sylvia Phillips, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside service will be Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Patton Cemetery, in Pyatt, Arkansas, at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Keith Fink will officiate.  Pallbearers are Ronald Phillips, Terry Phillips, Rick Crunkleton, and Ron Cothran.

There is no visitation.
