Linda Mae Smith, age 71 of Pelsor, AR, passed away Friday, May 10, 2019 at Washington Regional in Fayetteville, AR.

She was born October 10, 1947 to Sam and Alma (Bolin) Dotson.

She attended Deer High School and married Luell Smith on September 13, 1964.

Linda and Luell worked in the Log Woods and Sawmill for over 40 years. She loved to watch Deer basketball and spend time with her grandchildren Payton Weber and Ryleigh Norris.  She loved making a garden and planting lots of flowers in her yard.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Sam Dotson; two brothers, Jim Dotson and Glen Dotson; and an infant son.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Luell Smith; her daughters, Sandy Weber and husband Tony of Harrison, AR. and Stephanie Sinyard and husband Keith of Russellville, AR.; her grandchildren, Payton Weber and Ryleigh Norris; her mother, Alma Dotson; three sisters, Debbie Middleton, Jackie Rylee and Donna Govoro; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 16, 2019 at the Lurton Assembly of God Church in Lurton, AR with Pastor Stan Taylor officiating.  Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 15 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, AR.

Pallbearers will be Scottie Smith, Randy Smith, Tim Middleton, Danny Smith, Roger Smith and Vixen James.
