Linda Joyce (Bodkins) Lavy, of Harrison, and formerly of Hardy, Arkansas, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, February 15, 2025.  She was 67 years old.

The daughter of Howard Leo and Thelma Lucille (Mixon) Bodkins was born on December 14, 1957 in Elaine, Arkansas.

Linda married Mark Lavy on June 30, 1978 and four children were born to this union.  She was living with her daughter in Harrison and had recently made the Dean's List at North Arkansas College where she was studying to obtain her degree in criminal justice.

Linda was a loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Ann Woodard.

Survivors include four children, Stephen (Molly June) Lavy, of Ravenden, AR, Michael Lavy, of Hardy, AR, Carrie (Randy) Miller, of Harrison, AR, and Ronnie Lavy, of Thayer, MO; 14 grandchildren; one great grandson; and a host of other family and friends.
