Obituary
Linda L. Carter age 67 of Valley Springs, passed away April 9, 2011 at the Hospice House in Harrison.
She was born November 10, 1943 in Demming, New Mexico. Linda was loved by many and had many friends at the Depot where she worked. She loved her dogs, cats, and Boer Goats.
Nearly 3 years ago she lost the love of her life Tom Carter.
She is survived by her son Tim Loggins of Harrison; Father, Delmar Freeman of Marshall, AR.; brother, Donald Freeman and wife Cory of Florida; a close friend, Janell Jenkins and husband Gary of Valley Springs; step-son, Eddie Carter and wife Debbie of Rogers, AR.; step-daughter, Diana Huff of Harrison; brother-in-law, J.Z. Carter and wife Margie of Valley Springs; sister-in-law, Mary Lee Smith of Omaha; grandchildren, Beth Andreasen and husband Shane, Dan Carter and wife Christy, Kristin Morgan and husband Andy, Shelby Loggins and Lacy Loggins;; great grandchildren, Isaac Loggins, Keegan Morgan, Valerie Andreasen and Luke Andreasen,and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral service was Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Coffman Funeral Home with Dwight Crowley officiating. Burial followed in Silver Hill Cemetery.
Visitation was Tuesday April 12, 2011 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Gabe Hensley, Steve Hensley, Jim Methvin, Vernon Smith, Virgil Fiveash, and Gary Jenkins. Honorary pallbearers are J.Z. Carter and Mike Holmes.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ozark Humane Society P.O. Box 542, Harrison, AR. 72601.
