Linda Carol King, of Harrison, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at The Springs of Harrison.  She was 68 years old.

The daughter of Leslie and Dorothy (King) Henderson was born on March 10, 1955 in Rockport, Missouri.

Linda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold King; five sisters, Betty Peeler, Karen Busby, Pearl Wagoner, Wanda Massey, and Sham Kelton; and her parents.

Survivors include one daughter and her husband, Sherri and Chad Newman; two grandchildren, Paislee and Maddie; one sister and her husband, Patsy and Tom Thompson; three brothers, Johnny Henderson, Ruddie Henderson and wife, Verlie, and Bill Henderson and wife, Carolyn; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be at 1:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM both on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper.  Brother Tony Taylor will officiate.  Burial will be at Snow Cemetery in Wayton.  Pallbearers are Jimmy Peeler, Devin Peeler, Ed Kelton, Orlan Kelton, Cody Gresham, and Brice Gresham.
