Linda Jo Hoyet, 75, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

The daughter of Charles and Mary Jo (Baron) Stevenson was born on October 28, 1947 in Kokomo, Indiana.

Linda married Richard W. Hoyet on April 18, 1970. Richard and Linda moved to Harrison, Arkansas 19 years ago from Scottsdale, AZ. They had also previously lived in Honolulu, HI, Anchorage, AK, Niles, MI, and Kokomo, IN.

Linda worked as a Senior Paralegal for 28 years in Anchorage and Scottsdale. She also worked at the Boone County Sheriff's Office in the Criminal Investigation Division for 7 years. While there, she was named "Employee of the Year" in 2011. Linda was also awarded the "Lovely Lady Award" from the Knights of Columbus, Assembly 1805, in Scottsdale, AZ in 1999. Linda was a member of Mary Mother of God Catholic Church in Harrison, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her mother and father-in-law, Wilbert and Nancy Hoyet.

Survivors include her husband, Richard W. Hoyet; three sons, Micheal J. Barrett, Richard A. Hoyet, and Timothy A. Hoyet; two daughters, Lisa Marie Hornung and Theresa M. Harman; one brother, Rick Stevenson; one sister, Debra Howard (Steve); 17 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
