Obituary
Lester Earl Minor, age 70 of Harrison, passed away Monday, June 12, 2006 at NARMC in Harrison. The son of Marvin and Myrtus (Williams) Minor, was born March 9, 1936 at Ballard, Arkansas. He had lived in Harrison 5 years, moving here from Ash Flat, Arkansas. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church,enjoyed farming, fishing, and squirrel hunting as his hobbies. He was employed as a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Shirley Mae Minor who passed away May 12, 2002; and a sister, Dorothy Jones.
Survivors are his children, David Minor of Ash Flat, Rickey Minor and wife, Brenda, Dale Minor and wife, Cathy and Jannea Baugh all of Harrison; one sister, Lottie Bryant of Wenatchee, Washington; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Peace Valley, AR.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Hills, PO Box 1927, Harrison, AR 72602.
Cremation and arrangements by Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.
