Leota Marie Jones, age 103 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Sunday December 30, 2018 in Harrison.

The daughter of W.A. and Elizabeth (Hiett) Flatt was born on May 15, 1915 in Eula, Arkansas.

Leota loved to read her Bible. She also enjoyed her flowers, fishing and riding 4-wheelers.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leon Jones; a son, Wendell Jones; a great-grandchild, Joslyn; a daughter-in-law, Carloyn Jones; a brother, J.O. Flatt; a sister-in-law, Ruby Flatt; a nephew, Billy Flatt; a niece, Wanzell Campbell and 2 sisters, Opal McNutt and Ola Blair.

She is survived by 4 sons, James Jones and Judy of Aurora, Missouri, Delbert Jones and Janet of Harrison, Tommy Jones and Roxie of Waverly, Missouri and Lonnie Jones and Kaye of Bergman, Arkansas; 16 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren and many other family and friends who will mourn her passing.

Services will be held Thursday, January 3, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Arlis Burks and Pastor Frank Whiteside officiating.  Burial will follow at York Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include Kevin Jones, Scott Jones, Aaron Jones, Curtis Jones, Mike Jones and Tommy Jones.  Honorary pallbearers are Steve Jones, Joey Jones, Mark Jones and the Staff of Hillcrest Home.
